Which is the best diet to lose weight fast?

At this time of year some people will be asking the question, which diet will help me lose weight fast?

There are loads of companies offering food diets, weight loss tips and every other idea to lose weight fast. One of the main companies offering this advice is “Weight watchers”. They have been around for ages. I even had an old girl friend who went on the Weight watchers diet scheme. She lost some weight and then gained it all back when she stopped going to the meeting.

It’s weight watchers biggest innovation in 50 years

I have looked at this company in detail and was shocked at the advice they were offering. Even this year 2016 Weight watchers in conjunction with the Daily Mail are once again dishing out pages of advice on how to lose weight offer a eight week period. There front page tag line is “It’s weight watchers biggest innovation in 50 years” The new advice is not FAT but SUGAR. Really, wow, what great advice. So for the last 50 years weight watchers have been telling you how fat makes you fat, and now they have changed there minds to sugar being the new enemy.

In the book made up of 31 pages, I never read the word Organic once. Shocking. No mention of Organic and no mention of buying line caught fish over farmed fish which are fed loads of growth hormones to fatten them up fast. I must say the idea of points for certain types of food is a complete joke. If weight watchers as a weight loss company were so good, surely we would have no need for this company any longer!

Weight watchers is just another major money making company who has no real idea of weight loss but every idea of making money from people desperate to lose weight not lose money. This company is still telling there worshipers to use low fat oil, low fat spread and low fat dressing. Shame on you “Weight watchers”. At no time do you ask your followers to buy organic chicken, line caught fish, organic vegetables or offer any advice on what happens to oil once heated. I have never read so much rubbish in a book handed out to people through a major news paper.
