I don’t do a lot of different stuff in my life, as I work at home and my social group is around Paris. As going to Paris isn’t always possible, I spend almost all my life at home so my life is mostly online. Working on Internet allows me to have a bit more free time as I don’t waste time going to work. I could say Netflix and my kitchen are currently my best friends as I get bored easily so I like to cook and watch some series. I actually can’t even work (or study when I was at school) without watching a movie or listening to music (that is what I’m doing right now) because it kinda helps me to manage my ADD. If I don’t do two things at the same time I just won’t be able to focus, but if I watch a movie it has to be in French or I’ll focus more on the movie than on my task.
Talking about cooking, I discovered a new recipe by the youtuber Cheap Lazy Vegan and it’s so amazing, I’ve been eating the same thing for two days. It’s creamy tomato pasta that uses flour and oil to make a roux and make the sauce creamier. I was shocked when I first saw it because it’s really simple and I already used this technique to make bechamel but I never thought about using it to make tomato sauce. It’s super tasty and filling so you don’t really need to eat a lot to feel full.
Yesterday I ate breakfast because I was so hungry when I woke up, it usually never happens, breakfast isn’t a thing in my life since I entered middle school (or since I first had anxiety). So this morning I had a smoothie, my usual green tea with lemon juice and some chocolate toast.
I tried this creamy pasta recipe with quinoa and it’s good too. I prefer it with pasta but it’s still tasty. But since quinoa is super small you can’t see it so it looks disgusting but it really isn’t.

Today I had to wake up super early compared to every day, I usually wake up around 10am but I had to wake up at 7am to somehow get ready to go to a lab to do a blood test. I had to check my iron and TSH (thyroid-stimulating hormone) levels as I was under iron medication for nearly 9 months as after my doctor’s advice I took a test and my iron level was super low (almost inexistant), the reason is known and my level is perfectly fine now. Concerning my TSH, I had every kind of test for my thyroid and my level were too high but not high enough to cause hypothyroidism so I had to pay attention to any changes in my body. Also I had a ultrason test and I have a 5mm cyst on each sides of my thyroid so I have to pay attention to that too. Today’s test showed that my TSH level lowered and is now totally fine, I still have to have another ultrason for my cysts but my health are slowly getting good!
