As a new born, you can drink nothing else as your body requires all the nutrients and growth hormones from your Mother’s milk. That’s why Mothers milk is best, it contains all the good stuff you need to start your healthy development in this world.
Even the foul, kitten, puppy, calf and many more mammals all need the good stuff to get you going. But once they reach a certain age the foul, kitten, puppy, calf and every other mammal stops drinking milk and starts eating solids. Or grass in most cases.
Why Do Adults Still Drink Milk?
Why then as humans, do most of us still take milk in some form or other. In your daily cup of tea, coffee or on your first meal of the day cereal. As I write this blog today, I must inform my readers that I have not taken milk for over 23 years. How do I get my body to adapt without all the milk?
Well I use what is easily available to all. It is so easy to find what your body needs to grow good bones. Many form of greens contain the very stuff you would need to grow strong bones. Kale is the powerhouse of good nutrition and contains Vitamin A, C and K, plus loads of Calcium. Not only that but Kale contains folate and potassium. Always try and buy as much of your fruit and vegetables organic, as it will not have been sprayed with all the nasty stuff to protect it from the bugs etc.

The results were startling. Researchers found that drinking milk led to an ‘increased mortality rate and made bones more prone to fracturing’.
