I was not sure what to expect when I ordered the eco-pack for the Teens Multivitamin vegan supplements off this site. When this product was recommended to me, I wanted to know what made it different from all the other supplements I had already read about, so I looked up its ingredients.
The Teens Multivitamin bottle comes packed with a nutritious punch, that is for sure. Not only is the product rich in essential vitamins but also in minerals that are crucial to the growth and development of teenagers.
My daughter is fifteen, and she has started being experimental with her diet. With these supplements, at least I could be sure that she got her portion of vitamins and minerals no matter what else was in her diet. Now, I understand that vitamin supplements are in no way substitutes for food. However, it helped my peace of mind to know that by taking these supplements, she would be reducing her chances of developing nutrition-related disorders.
The vitamins in this product included B vitamins, vitamin C, E, and K, each of which provides an essential service to the body. The presence of about 10mg of Vitamin C per tablet was especially crucial to me as it indicated how much protection my daughter would be getting from taking the tablets.
Moreover, neither my daughter nor I could argue with the health and aesthetic benefits of taking the vegan supplements. I have always read about the benefits of zinc to hair and skin, and these supplements had a significant amount of it. My daughter even came up with a list of other minerals that helped her hair, nail, and skin, and most of them turned out to be ingredients of this product. She needed no convincing to take her two tablets per day after learning that. I use the Multivitamin for Adults product from Body by Nature. It is from a separate range, but one thing it has in common with the Teens Multivitamin is that it also comes with all-natural ingredients and produces amazing results as far as appearance goes.
Customized Tablet
The constituents of the Teens Multivitamin explained only one part of what made it easy to get my daughter to take the vitamin supplements (for me, the ingredients, price and free delivery did it). However, what sold the product, or so my daughter informed me, was the fact that it came in sizes convenient for teens to swallow.
I was so used to taking multivitamins that I did not even take into account what a daily tablet would mean for a fifteen-year-old. Luckily, the company did. The easy-to-swallow tablets managed to carry all the nutrients needed by a teenager while remaining small enough for them to swallow. Kudos to the company for thinking of that.
