What is Multi B Complex?
B Complex vitamins work synergisticially together (supporting each other's functions) and are often best taken together at the right levels where they work optimally to support energy metabolism and nervous system function in particular, but also growth and repair, immune function, detoxification and hormone balance.
What are the best forms of B vitamins to take?
Not all B vitamins are easily absorbed and used by the body. High Potency multi B Complex uses only the most 'bio-effective', active forms of B vitamins including the methylfolate (5-MTHF) form of folic acid and the methylcobalamin form of vitamin B12. Vitamin B6 is also provided in its biologically active pyridoxal-5-phosphate form.
What is methylfolate?
Some people have differences in their genetics which make it hard for their bodies to convert synthetic folic acid into its active form. Methylfolate (5-MTHF) is in the converted form, ready for the body to use. This makes it more readily available and effective.
