After all, you do not run to the doctor just because you are feeling cold all the time, right? (Apparently, that was the wrong mindset, I just didn\u2019t know it yet). So, for weeks, I kept telling myself that there was nothing wrong with a little chill. However, over time, I started getting these problems. I used to be able to walk from home to work with no problems, and suddenly I could even make half the distance. I started skipping on gym time because I had this feeling of constant tiredness. That is when I decided to get myself checked out by a doctor.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Corrects Hormonal Imbalance<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>After putting me through some blood tests, my doctor let me know that I had a deficiency as far as my thyroid hormones went (he mentioned a few of them, but I can\u2019t recall the names). That was what was causing my fatigue and cold intolerance. He recommended a few measures which would help me reduce the effects of my overworked gland, one of which was supplementing my diet with essential minerals and vitamins.<\/p>\n<p>At thirty-six, I had already started taking <strong>vitamin supplements. <\/strong>However, this was my first time looking for <strong>vitamin supplements <\/strong>targeting a specific part of the body. Multivitamins were great for my body, my doctor explained, but I had to use medicine targeting my thyroid glands.<\/p>\n<p>As it turns out, <strong>vitamin supplements <\/strong>are not as easy to come across as I once thought. Most sites I looked at only listed multivitamins as their products. It was by chance that I landed on the Body by Nature website and saw that their Support Range included what I had been looking for \u2013 <strong>vegan supplements <\/strong>that would improve my thyroid function.<\/p>\n<p>I said that I am a skeptic when it comes to supplements \u2013 you can blame that on my years of switching supplements looking for the right one only to face disappointment each time. So, when I saw that the site had this Thyroid Support product, the first thing I did was take it to my doctor. Was it safe? What was the importance of the \u2018Food State\u2019 guarantee that the company provided? And what about it made it so suited to helping me with my hormonal imbalance problems?<\/p>\n<p>During that visit, I learnt that the food state simply meant that the <strong>vegan supplements <\/strong>did not have chemicals which could interfere with the efficiency of the product, that it made it a safer product to use.
