When my mother was young, drugs helped her get through the day. She was diabetic, so it was by living with her that I learnt that using the right drugs the way they were intended was the key to living a long and moderately healthy life. It was also from her that I knew that if I wanted to live healthily, I would have to regulate my diet and at least put in some regular exercise. However, I did not count on the fact that I had a stressful job to negate my efforts at living a healthy life.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>At forty, I started my own virtual accounting firm. I was happy because who would not want to work from home every day? I could spend more time with my wife and kids than I had before. However, the foundation of my firm turned out to be more than I had bargained for. Instead of becoming happier, I was worried about work getting done, coordinating, balancing between my personal and professional life. I decided to seek out the advice of a doctor on how I should proceed. My doctor, who I have known for years now, took one look at me and you know what he said? I need \u201cto relax.\u201d He gave me several options. I could exercise (I already did four hours per week at my gym, so that was not the problem), take up meditation (not sure I believe in it) or find another way to control my adrenal disorder. Turns out my glands were malfunctioning which was contributing to the way I reacted to situations.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Natural Adrenal Support?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>It was around that time that I found out Body by Nature and their <strong>vitamin supplements<\/strong>. I was looking for ways to get my disorder under control when I discovered that Body by Nature had a support range that offered adrenal support. My wife uses their calcium <strong>vegan supplements <\/strong>and she introduced me to the adrenal support supplements.<\/p>\n<p>When I asked my doctor whether I could use the <strong>vegan supplements, <\/strong>he endorsed it. I did not understand much of what he explained after that, but I did get that I was not to take more than two pills in a day.
