Many people these days have some sort of allergy, from hay fever to Psoriasis. I have suffered from hay fever from the early age of 13. My symptoms were runny nose to itchy eyes. The same as most people who have this allergy.<\/p>\n
It was the age of 28 when I met another person who suffered the same as I did who explained that he had stopped taking medication and changed his diet instead. This he said almost stopped the hay fever in its tracks.<\/p>\n

I had tried every single tablet, cream and potion the doctor had given me, and nothing worked. No rest bite at all. As soon as summer came or even a sunny day, that was it, my nose became itchy and my eyes went red.<\/p>\n
My friend said that he had visited a homeopath who tested him for allergies. The biggest thing that she found was he was allergic to milk. Could that be my issue as well?<\/p>\n
I thought to myself, I drank milk in tea, milk on corn flakes and drank milk most days at night or just for a cold drink. What would tea be like without my milk?<\/p>\n
I made an appointment to visit the Homeopath and sure enough I had the same issue with milk. What I had been told every time before by my doctor, was to use a cream or another potion, never to stop drinking milk.<\/p>\n
Could this be so easy as to stop drinking milk and my symptoms would disappear?<\/p>\n
The conversation I had with the Homeopath opened my eyes to a lot more than just stopping drinking milk. For the first time here was a person addressing the possible reason of my allergy rather than throwing a pill or cream at it.<\/p>\n
It was not till at least 3 months down the line when i actually felt a difference, and a full year until I felt I had got rid of my allergy altogether. That made a massive difference to my life. No more runny nose or itchy eyes. It’s only when it stopped that i suddenly realised that I had suffered so much.<\/p>\n
This was one of the main reason’s I set up my company body by nature supplements. Our in house team work on rectifying issues before they happen instead of having to visit a doctor.<\/p>\n
