Mrs Ferry had mind blowing hallucinations and didn&#8217;t know hat was going on.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><!--more--><\/p>\n<h2 class=\"p1\" style=\"text-align: center;\">Is your Doctor Right All the Time?<\/h2>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">There is a risk to any one taking medication, but you go to your Doctor because you have grown up trusting his or her knowledge, or so you think you should. <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">This\u00a0grandmother was placed on mind bending drugs for over ten years and often went back to her Doctor asking why she felt so bad. At no time did the Doctor offer her a blood test and seemed to want to make the appointment as short as possible. <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">A chance chest illness finally got the blood test she required and that&#8217;s when she got the devastating news. Normal blood test results should be around 36 hers was 50 times that. Mrs Ferry is now taking the Hospital to court.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>In 2 previous posts we have mentioned that <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bodybynaturesupplements.com\/blog\/statins-are-not-safe\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">statins are not safe<\/a> and the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bodybynaturesupplements.com\/blog\/the-benefits-side-effects-of-statins\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">studies on satins<\/a> have shown that they don&#8217;t actually benefit us. So why are doctors still prescribing them?<\/p>\n<p>They&#8217;re often prescribed without good evidence. So what other tablets are doctors giving us that could possibly cause more harm than good? This isn&#8217;t to say all doctors are wrong, but it&#8217;s important to do your own research after their advice and get expert opinions.<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: center;\">Being Prescribed Statins Without Good Evidence<\/h3>\n<p>In a survey of 202 primary care doctors and cardiologists, over 70% of them said they would prescribe a statin to patients who have a very low chance of developing heart disease in the next 10 years. So people are being prescribed these tablets where <a href=\"https:\/\/www.naturalnews.com\/030438_statin_drugs_heart_disease.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">there&#8217;s little evidence<\/a> of actually developing a heart disease.<\/p>\n<p>In the U.S, around a quarter of adults 45 and over take statins. These tablets cost the people taking them between $11 and $200 a month, sometimes more. They&#8217;re not being given the chance to learn about what it is they&#8217;re taking which means others could be taking tablets that don&#8217;t work for them and have very little evidence of working with patients with similar problems.<\/p>\n<p><strong>What&#8217;s the Alternative to Statins?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>A good diet and a healthy lifestyle are essential for every area for our lives. Kill many birds with one stone by staying active and choosing good, healthy foods. Rather than take a tablet that prevents\/slows down just one or two problems.<\/p>\n<p>Maybe doctors do suggest an active lifestyle but the patients aren&#8217;t taking it on board.
